About Linda Lu ND, LAc
Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. An Island girl at heart. It all started out with healing hands. She watched her mom work on people and applying tinctures of herbal decoctions. Healing has been a part of her DNA. Dr. Linda Lu ND, LAc, integrates naturopathic and traditional Chinese medicine treatment principles to enable patients to achieve their optimal health and wellness goals.
As a naturopathic physician and licensed acupuncturist, Dr. Lu has a focus on sports medicine rehabilitation, pain management and cosmetic acupuncture. She has additional training in Biofeedback, biocranio stretching, Chinese herbal medicine, cranioscaral therapy, facial cosmetic acupuncture, kinesio taping, visceral manipulation and trigger point therapy. Completed an externship with Shanghai TCM University Hospital.
Before earning her Doctorate in Naturopathic medicine and Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental medicine from Bastyr University, Dr. Lu enjoyed a career in teaching 6-12 science/coaching soccer/track and completed her Bachelor in Science degree in Biology and Health Sciences at Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri.
